The more I photograph families in the Woodlands and the Houston surrounding area, the more I realize that wardrobe should not be something to worry about. Of course, lots of wording and logos are not really ideal, but other than that, I’d say almost anything goes. I want my clients to ALL feel the most comfortable and most like themselves. The point of photographs is to capture what is real. At least for me, the your family photographs should not feel forced or unnatural. While I do have these guides, they are just that…guides. Let your family be themselves and let what they wear for our session truly reflect them. Often times it a bit of a compromise is needed between parent and child, but that’s real life too, right? 😉
