I recall the very day that I met with this mom for the first time. She had contacted me about a newborn session and we decided to meet at a little place in Montrose called Cafe Brasil, which is this very quaint little place that you should totally try if you are in the area…they make the most fantastic quiche. YUM! Okay…I digress. hehe. Okay, back to my story. This mom to be was very pregnant with her first baby. She looked so adorable although as I recall, she was terribly uncomfortable. As many of you moms know, those last few weeks of pregnancy can be pretty rough. But as I know first hand now, you push through because you know that very soon you will be meeting your precious baby for the very first time and that is the most exciting thing! We had a lovely visit (of course) and then, here I am a whole year later….where does the time go??!! 🙂 I’ve had so much fun the last year documenting this little guy’s life every four months. This is part of a ‘grow with me plan’ that I offer. If you would like to know more about this plan, I only offer a few every year, so be sure to contact me for details before your little one arrives.
How happy do these photos make me? Oh so very happy. I get such a high from photographing children and babies, but when moms and dads get in on the action, it truly melts my heart.

Sure, you may (and I hope you do) have a million iPhone photos of your baby as he or she grows…trust me, I have started my own collection of those photos on my phone of my little guy…but trust me when I say that nothing can replace high quality images of your children and family. 🙂
