Simply baby…it’s just how I like it. Clean images that focus on your child…that celebrate the first weeks of life. Newborn photography that is not about props and fluff….this is what I love and this is what I will focus on exclusively when photographing babies from now on.
I love sleepy baby photos for sure, but I have fallen completely and madly in love with awake baby photos too. Maybe you missed the window for the posed, all sleepy baby photographs the first days of life. That’s okay. Not a problem. I would love to photograph your new baby even if they are technically not a newborn anymore. Even at several weeks old, there are some amazing photographs that can be achieved. I never thought I would ever being saying such. Up until about a year ago, I truly believe the best photos could only be had when your baby was under 10 days old. And why that is still actually the absolute best time to photograph your baby if you want the sleepy baby poses and prop photos…it is not necessarily the only time you can have beautiful images of your baby. I promise.
