So, don’t tell my husband, but occasionally I get a bit distracted while driving and miss my turn or take a wrong turn. I like to believe that everything happens for a reason, however, so there really are no “wrong turns” when something productive or good results from them. That being said, I recently accidentally took a wrong turn (ha!) trying to find a session spot with the lovely family pictured below. The place where we ended up looked kind of great though, so I couldn’t resist a few shots of this gracious (also sweet, patient and wonderful) family before we headed to our intended location. I think these shots turned out really nice and I wanted to share. Let this be a lesson that wherever you are in life, whether you intended to be there or arrived via a wrong turn or two, there is always potential for beauty, laughter and happiness. If you are willing to adapt and make the best of what life has to offer you, your wrongs turns can lead you somewhere even better than you initially desired.
