Sibling dynamics are such an interesting and curious thing! I’ve witnessed a toddler boy go from hitting his slightly older sister, yelling, “NO!” and making her cry, to cuddling and giggling with her within the span of a less than a minute. I’ve seen brothers and sisters fight rather viciously, then defend each other when someone else (often their parent!) tries to get involved. A sibling is sometimes your first close friend and ally, while at the same time your rival and sometimes nemesis. Your sibling may be your first introduction to a “frenemy” (although hopefully there is more genuine love between you and your sibling than with a traditional “frenemy”). Whether with toddlers, preschoolers, school age children, pre-teens, teenagers or adults, sibling relationships are complicated for sure!
This sister and brother were so much fun to be around and certainly have an amusing relationship! They are sweet, goofy, cooperative, good-natured and just overall great kids! I hope they maintain their awesome personalities and dynamic as they continue to grow up!
