Oh the joys of new parenthood. All the milestones…all the growing and learning, not only for the child, but even more so for the parents, right? hehe I think now more than ever, when I photograph new parents or might I say, first time parents, it just means so much more to me now that my husband and I are now parents, too. Just trying to soak in all the everyday newness that comes with this new adventure. I would dare say that it’s basically the same for almost all first time parents. While each family’s story is very unique in many ways, it’s basically the same overall. Just when you have something figured out and you feel that you’ve got a certain part under control so to speak, even though I really believe we are never quite in complete control really. haha. So when we think we have it figured out, our child grows and changes and we simply have to grow and change with them…to a degree of course. 😉 Anyway…blah, blah, blah.
It was so fun to chat and get to know this family and hear a couple of funny stories of new parenthood. Thank you guys for the lovely afternoon!
