I love these peeps to the moon and back!
It was the most amazing evening….cool and just a hint of breeze. The light was a photographer’s dream! We made our way down to an area called The Waterway in a suburb of Houston, called The Woodlands…you may have heard of it. It’s where the big Exxon campus is being built. My family moved to this area about two years ago. We were ‘inner loopers’….vowing at one time that we could never live in the burbs….ha! Well, as happens with many couples…priorities change and we decided to move out and join the millions of other families that live in the burbs. I can honestly say without a doubt that I love it here. I miss our home in Montrose…it was built in 1920 and we have put a lot of heart and soul into and being right smack in the middle of the most incredible restaurants in the city is surely something we miss….but out here it just feels more like home. Living this side of town has offered me a chance to be closer to some of my favorite people…and these are some of those people. At least from where I stand, these guys make having three young kiddos look easy. I said recently that when I was going through their pics it ***nearly*** made me want three kiddos of our own. ha. I said….nearly. But really, this crew is one I’d take in a heartbeat if I could.
