As much as I LOVE photographing newborns on their own, something I love even more is capturing perfect moments between an older sibling and their new little brother or sister. You can always tell that the older sibling views this new child as “their baby”…I love it! Sometimes we are even able to get sweet shots of a sibling holding the newborn, which is wonderful, but there was NO chance of that with this fella! This little guy was just bursting with energy! You can see the mischief in those adorable eyes! We did, however, manage to bribe him into lying next to his new baby sister for a few moments. What happened then is what you see below: perfect, swoon worthy moments! Little sister’s expression makes it look like she is in on the mischief as well! She certainly will be soon enough! You can tell that this big brother will have LOTS to teach her and he just cannot wait. Just when you think there is too much cuteness for you to stand, BAM! If you can look at the bottom picture without letting out an audible, “AWWW!”, then you are a much stronger person than I am! SO sweet! As I mentioned before, I love photographing siblings and newborns 🙂
