In one of my recent posts, I commented that seeing fall pictures makes me almost want to skip summer (and its heat) altogether and go straight to the cool autumn. Well, seeing and taking underwater pictures makes me want to slap the me that said that and stay in summer forever! (Even though these photos were taken in the spring and it’s still technically spring now, they give the feeling of summer and the heat of summer is certainly upon us.) It’s one of the best things about living in Texas, being able to practically live in the pool throughout the entire summer! I can still vividly remember the summer birthday pool parties I would have with my cousins and friends when we were kids and spending as much time possible in the water. Taking underwater photos conjures up all those amazing memories and makes me want to bask in eternal summer (cue Olaf singing, “In SUUUMEEEEEER!” Good luck getting that out of your head now! You’re welcome! 😛 ) For real though, underwater photography has become a passion for me and I adore the results! It makes all the pool maintenance and upkeep worth it!
