This was part two of a session I did months back that I forgot to share. The sun was starting to come up and we had gotten a great selection of shots with the girls in their ‘Sunday’ dresses so why not shoot a few on the playground in more casual attire. 🙂 I don’t think you can get much more real than this collection of images. Just kids having fun.
I love shooting kids in their element. Which in this case was the playground at a local park. It posed a few challenges. This particular morning, the park was pretty full of people. Working around such can be complicated, particularly with very active subject, but I am always up to such a challenge. hehe. The challenge is completely worth it when you can get the most authentically joyful faces. I mean, just look at these faces! And who cares if there is some crazy hair going on in a few…ha! This is real life folks. Kids (and adults) have flyways…and for these photos especially, they are most fitting, in my opinion. (case in point the last few images on the collage) Pretty darn cute, right?
So fun to get to watch these two grow up! Can’t wait to see them again this Fall for family photos!
