I have always found twins so fascinating! Whether they’re identical or not, twins share a bond that is like no other. Can you imagine having someone in your life with whom you’re so close that you even shared a womb? (I mean, of course, if you’re a twin and you’re reading this then you can imagine, but other than that, there’s just not much comparison.) According to research published in the journal Institute of General Linguistics, an estimated 40 percent of twins even create a private language, called cryptophasia, that only they can understand. How cool is that?!?! (You’ve probably seen the video of the twin babies speaking their own language, but if not, you can watch it here. It’s pretty hilarious!)
I’m not sure if these adorable twin girls have their own language or not, but they certainly have a special connection (with each other as well as their precious puppy)! I had the best time hanging out with and photographing these lovelies!
