When you first start out as a photographer, you want to build your portfolio and will pretty much take pictures of EVERYTHING to gain experience and discover your niche. Once you find what you’re most passionate about, you tend to narrow your field to specialize (and hopefully become your best) doing the type of photos you love the most. I learned pretty early on that I was drawn to family life photos (birth, newborn, maternity, child and family), so that’s where my main focus lies. I certainly have no issue with other types of sessions; I just feel I can give you my best work through the types of photos I love most.
Having said that, I’m a bit hesitant to post pictures from this session because “Senior Photos” are not part of what I really do anymore…I ONLY do senior sessions for current clients. But this girl…she is too gorgeous not to share! True to my style, you won’t find any props and such here, just a beautiful girl preparing to move on to the next phase of her life!
