I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, multi-generational (extended family) photo shoots are some of my absolute favorite! Although it takes some planning to get everyone together and it’s not exactly the easiest thing to get everyone’s best expression in the same shot (sometimes it’s downright impossible), it is totally worth it to have gorgeous photos of the people you (probably) love most in the world.
It is usually the grandparents who look the proudest and happiest in these pictures…and for good reason! They (along with God and their ancestors, of course!) are the ones who are responsible for the lives of most of the individuals being photographed. Without them, the children and grandchildren simply wouldn’t be here. (I don’t know about you, but I always feel humbled and grateful when I think about how the tiniest change could have compromised my entire existence!)
As for the lovely family below, I just love the pride and joy you can see radiating from this (grand)father! All the grins on the faces here are beautiful and awesome, but I have to say that he is my favorite! You’ll be seeing more of this happy crew in a future post!
