I know what you are thinking right now. Wow, look at the amazing images and gorgeous family…but why are they wearing winter clothes? ha! The reason is that this session was back from the cooler months. Hard to imagine those cooler months now that we are in the most blistering summer heat. Anyone else ready for Fall? As much as I do enjoy summer for a variety of reasons, mostly because of all the underwater kids photo session I get to do, I long for Fall. I suppose it’s my favorite season. Then Spring is lovely, minus all the pollen. hehe. I’m posting today because as crazy as it sounds, the business of the the Fall season will be hear before we know it and it’s not too soon to be thinking about your family photo session. It is important to note that I will have even fewer options for Fall sessions this coming year because I will be offering ‘Photos with Santa’ extra days. So if you are thinking you might want a family photo session this Fall, it might not be a bad idea to contact me now as crazy as that seems to get first dibs of dates.
I do not ever offer family and/or child portrait specials or discounted sessions ever, so if you’d like to book, be sure to review my pricing/collections here. It’s not too soon to be dreaming of your kiddos in adorable cardigan sweaters and you in that gorgeous wool sweater. Speaking of what to wear for photos, I have a handful of posts on my blog devoted to such. There is also a Pinterest board I’ve created that has some wonderful options too. That can be found here. Or if you are feeling really ambitions, just search on Pinterest something like ‘photoshoot clothing options’ or ‘family photo session clothes idea’, etc. and you will likely find an abyss of options. That may be a good or a bad thing…too many options. ha! Just remember, it’s best if everyone looks themselves. Where clothing you would really wear out in public. 😉 My clients really do a great job with picking out clothes for their sessions. Just take a look at this well dressed family! 😉 Such a wonderful example of what to wear!
