As a photographer (and as a parent!), I have learned that the best pictures of children usually come when you let them be themselves, play and have fun. This seems to be especially true when working with little boys, who often tend to be less into taking direction or “posing” than little girls (go figure!). (Now please don’t accuse me of stereotyping or being sexist! haha! I realize my statement is not true in every situation for every child. It is just an observation from my experience.) AAANYWAY…they say that “girls just wanna have fun” (and I’m sure that’s true), but boys do too! So that’s what I told this fantastic crew below to do…just have fun! Be yourselves and do what comes naturally to you as a family when you play together…THAT is beautiful and your photos will reflect it. I certainly believe these pictures do! I love the mixture of fun and sweetness with this awesome family!
