4 Months old and growing! I’ve had a number of older babies fall asleep during our session recently. It is really the funnest thing really because some newborn photographers (I used to be in this boat) spend an incredible amount of time getting baby to sleep for their photo session. Although I don’t do sleeping baby focused sessions anymore, if your 4 month old decides they need a little nap during our session and mom & dad want a few pics of sleeping baby, by all means, I’m game. This sweet girl fell asleep twice during our session…once totally on her own while I was shooting her…and then again in her daddy’s arms (after a feed) then we transferred her to the rug in her little mermaid outfit her momma had gotten her. I think they all turned out so lovely. But, I mean, look at this beautiful child…I don’t thing she could ever take a bad photo. hehe.
